Bis-dPEG®17-PFP Ester is a high purity, research grade reagent that is used as an activator to activate the cell surface receptor TLR4. It is a ligand and has been shown to inhibit protein interactions. The molecule has also been shown to have a high affinity for the receptor TLR4 and ion channels. Bis-dPEG®17-PFP Ester is a protein inhibitor and can be used as an antibody to inhibit the activity of other proteins in order to study their function. This product has not yet been assigned a CAS number.
