Bis-dPEG7-Acid is a peptide that can be used as an inhibitor of protein interactions. It has been shown to specifically bind to the receptor for activated CXCR4 and disrupts the formation of the CXCR4/SDF1 complex, which is required for receptor activation. Bis-dPEG7-Acid is also a ligand that can activate the G protein-coupled receptors GPR40, GPR41, and GPR43. This peptide has been shown to inhibit ion channels such as TRPV1 and TRPA1, which are involved in pain sensation. Bis-dPEG7-Acid is also an antibody.
