Quanta BioDesign offers a large range of building blocks, chemistry tools and reagents for peptide synthesis. The company has developed a solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) platform that enables the synthesis of linear and cyclic peptides on cellulose resin beads. This platform is used in the drug discovery process to generate libraries of peptides that can be screened for pharmaceutical activity. Quanta BioDesign's SPPS technology is also used to synthesize dPEG-MAL, an analog of m-dPEG®48-MAL, which can be used for the synthesis of biomolecules with increased half-life.
