Description:
m-dPEG®8-MAL is a peptide that can be used as an activator, inhibitor or ligand for protein interactions. It has been shown to bind to the ion channels TRPM2 and TRPM4, which are activated by the binding of heat and cold, respectively. m-dPEG®8-MAL also binds to the receptor for thrombin and inhibits its activity. m-dPEG®8-MAL is a high purity reagent with a CAS number of 187848-68-6.
