NHS-dPEG®4-(m-dPEG®8)3-East is a heterobifunctional PEG compound that is widely used in pegylation applications. It consists of an NHS (N-hydroxysuccinimide) functional group at one end and three m-dPEG®8 chains attached to a central dPEG®4 spacer, with an East end cap. This unique structure allows for precise and controlled pegylation of biomolecules, such as proteins or peptides.

With the NHS functional group, this PEG compound can easily react with primary amines on the target molecule, forming stable amide bonds.
