Product Information
The rhamnolipids C12 are a group of rhamnolipids that are produced by the fungus Rhizoctonia solani. These compounds have been shown to be able to hydrolyze naringinase and glycosidic bond in rapeseed oil, which is a process that can lead to the production of glycerides. The yields of these compounds were found to be dependent on the type of substrate used (i.e., rapeseed oil) and the conditions used for extraction. It was also found that these compounds can be used as a renewable source of fatty acids, which can be used for biotechnological purposes such as biofuel production.
