Rhamnolipids C12-C12 are a group of lipids that have been quantified in the range of 10-100 ng/mL. The accuracy and precision were evaluated in terms of calibration and expansion, as well as test samples. High performance liquid chromatography (HPL) analysis was used to quantify the rhamnolipids by comparing the retention times with those of standards.
