DOTA(tBu)3-OH is a Building Block that is used in peptide synthesis. It can be used as a condensation reagent or as a building block for the synthesis of peptides and antibodies. DOTA(tBu)3-OH is also an additive for labelling and building blocks for peptide synthesis. DOTA(tBu)3-OH is stable and not toxic to cells, making it useful in cell culture applications. It has been shown to react with the side chain amino groups of lysine residues on proteins, including antibody molecules.
