Description:

DASA-58 is an experimental drug that is used to treat inflammatory and autoimmune diseases and cancer. It is a benzimidazole compound that inhibits the function of DNA polymerase, mitochondrial membrane potential, and mitochondrial ATP production. This drug also has anti-tumor effects on malignant brain tissue in experimental models.
