2-(1H-Imidazol-2-yl)aniline is an antimycobacterial agent that can be used concurrently with diethylamine. It has been shown to react with acetone and phenyl isocyanate to form a series of compounds, including 2-(1H-imidazol-2-yl)acetophenone, 2-(1H-imidazol-2-yl)-N,N'-dimethylformamide, and 2-(1H-imidazol-2-yl)-N,N'-diisopropylethane diamide.
