Product Information
CU CPT 4a is a modified form of cytidine-cytidine-thymidine that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of cancer, viral replication and inflammatory diseases. CU CPT 4a binds to the toll-like receptor on macrophages and stimulates cytokine production, which has been shown to have synergistic effects with other drugs. It also has been shown to reduce thyroiditis by inhibiting cytokines in human macrophages. CU CPT 4a is orally administered and can cross the blood-brain barrier, making it useful for treating brain tumors. This compound also inhibits cellular proliferation and viral replication in vitro.
