Product Information
IDF-11774 is an investigational drug that has shown promising results in preclinical studies. It inhibits the activity of the enzyme amp-activated protein kinase, which is a regulator of cell growth and survival. This inhibition leads to decreased tumor size and improved prognosis for patients with cancer. IDF-11774 has also been shown to inhibit cancer cells from spreading by preventing the synthesis of new proteins. The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) data collected from human osteosarcoma cells in culture demonstrated that IDF-11774 inhibited the production of DNA by inhibiting transcription. In addition, it also showed an increase in ATP levels and an uptake into tumor cells with a concomitant decrease in ATP levels in normal cells. These findings suggest that IDF-11774 may be useful for the treatment of urothelial carcinoma and chaperone-mediated autophagy (HCT116), while fetal bovine serum (FBS) or hepg2 cell lines were
