Product Information
FN-1501 is a cytoskeletal inhibitor that has been shown to induce apoptosis in cancer cells. It has also been shown to inhibit the expression of the FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) with internal tandem duplication (ITD). FN-1501 is a potential drug target for cancer therapy and may inhibit the growth of hematopoietic cells. This drug can be used in conjunction with other drugs to potentiate their effect, as it induces cell death in cells that are resistant to chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
