    As a synthetic trifluorinated glucocorticoid receptor agonist, Fluticasone exhibits anti-inflammatory properties. When binding to and activating glucocorticoid receptors, Fluticasone initiates the activation of lipocortin which inhibits cytosolic phospholipase A2.
