Product Information
CDK2-IN-4 is a synthetic small molecule that inhibits the activity of kinases. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of CDK2, CDK4, and CDK6 in leukaemia cells. CDK2-IN-4 also inhibits the activity of kinases in other cancer cell lines. The synthesis of this compound was accomplished using a cross-coupling reaction between aryl boronic acid and aniline derivatives. This synthesis was pursued through kinetic studies involving alkylation reactions with 2-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)pyridinium bromide (DMPP). Kinetic parameters were determined by isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC).
