Product Information
Ethynylboronic acid mida ester is a molecule that contains a triazole or isoxazole as its central core. It can be used to synthesize isoxazoles, furopyridines, and benzofurans. The synthesis of this molecule has been shown to proceed through the use of a slow-release heterocycle that reacts with an alkyne to form an intermediate. This intermediate then undergoes cross-coupling reactions with terminal alkynes and boronic acid derivatives to produce the desired product. Modular substitution reactions have been shown to be possible on these molecules in order to obtain different products with similar structures.
