Description

5-Aminoisophthalic acid is a molecule that belongs to the group of compounds classified as p2, which are characterized by a hydrogen bond. The molecule is synthesized from n-dimethylformamide and glycol ester. It can be used in the synthesis of other compounds, such as 5-aminoisophthalic acid, which has been shown to have hemolytic activity. FTIR spectroscopy analysis reveals that the structure of 5-aminoisophthalic acid has nitrogen atoms in its side chain. This molecule also has an ultraviolet absorption range of about 225 nm to about 300 nm and shows strong absorption bands at around 290 nm and 350 nm.
