Description:AB-FUBINACA is a synthetic cannabinoid that is structurally related to JWH-018 and has been shown to be a low potency, non-selective CB1/CB2 receptor agonist. AB-FUBINACA binds with high affinity to both CB1 and CB2 receptors in humans and CD-1 mice. It has been shown that AB-FUBINACA increases locomotor activity in mice and activates the cb2 receptor, leading to antiinflammatory effects. The enzyme activities of AB-FUBINACA are similar to those of adb-PINACA, but it has been shown to have reduced potency.
