Description:

Antide is a new drug that is a hydroxy derivative of the natural hormone, progesterone. The compound has been shown to be effective in treating prostate cancer cells and infectious diseases. It also has been shown to have an anti-inflammatory effect on endometriosis, ovarian activity, and autoimmune diseases. Antide may be used as an innovative treatment for epidermal growth factor (EGF) analogs or granulosa cells in experimental models of breast cancer. Antide has also been found to inhibit the synthesis of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in diabetic neuropathy, which may lead to a better understanding of this disease.
