Description:
Aloinoside A is a natural compound with significant cytotoxicity against colorectal adenocarcinoma cells. Aloinoside A induces apoptosis in cancer cells by regulating the expression of signal pathways such as toll-like receptor 4, and has been shown to have anticancer effects in a variety of models including human colorectal carcinoma cells. Aloinoside A also inhibits cell growth and induces mitochondrial membrane potential loss in experimental models of colorectal carcinoma.
