It has been shown to have a significant inhibitory effect on lung cancer cells and pyridazine derivatives in vitro. 4-Amino-3-bromo-1-(tert-butyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine has been shown to be effective against lung cancer cells in vivo. This drug may be useful for the treatment of cancer.
