Description

Allyl magnesium bromide solution is an organometallic compound that contains a hydroxyl group and an allyl group. It is used in the asymmetric synthesis of organic compounds, as well as for the inhibition of biological processes such as infectious diseases. It has been shown to inhibit the transfer reactions that are essential for DNA replication, protein synthesis, and cell division. Allyl magnesium bromide solution is also used to prepare amines by alkylation and fatty acids by esterification. Allyl magnesium bromide solution can also be used to synthesize other organometallic compounds with different functional groups.
