Description:

Aniline Red is a dibutyl binding agent that is used to treat a variety of conditions and disorders. It is commonly used as a sealant for wounds, as an antibacterial in topical preparations, as an anti-aging agent, and for its ability to increase the viscosity of polylactic acid. Aniline Red is also an effective surface active agent due to its high affinity for proteins and lipids. This product can be used in human serum to prevent hemolysis or clotting. Aniline red has been shown to have antibacterial properties against organisms such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
