Description:
Vinyl 10-Undecenoate is an antimicrobial agent that inhibits the enzyme tyrosinase by binding to its active site. This compound has been shown to inhibit the growth of bacteria, yeast, and fungi. Vinyl 10-Undecenoate is also used as a synthetic antioxidant and in the production of immobilized enzymes. This product has been shown to have a protective effect against UVB radiation damage, which may be due to its ability to inhibit tyrosinase activity. The optimal reaction temperature for this product is between 20°C and 30°C.
