Description:

4-Bromo-2-fluoro-6-nitrophenol is a ciliate that is hydrophobic and can be characterized by molecular descriptors. It has shown to be mechanistically active against protozoan Tetrahymena pyriformis, but not Tetrahymena thermophila. 4-Bromo-2,6-dinitrophenol was found to have significant outliers in the linear regression analysis, which may indicate that this compound is not interpretable for ciliated protozoa. This chemical has been shown to be a phenolic compound with linear properties and can be used as a validation of the topological descriptors.
