• Description: 1-Boc-2,3-dihydropyrrole is a tetraisopropoxide that can be used as a regioselective catalyst for the synthesis of alkenes and pyrroles. This compound is also used in the debenzylation of enecarbamates to give the corresponding amine. 1-Boc-2,3-dihydropyrrole has been shown to catalyze reactions of nitrogen atoms with alkenes and cyclic compounds to form endocyclic alkene or dihydrofuran products. It is also capable of forming transition states by reacting with nitrogen atoms and diazoalkanes.
