N,N'-Bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-4-yl)hexane-1,6-diamine is a polymer film that is used to prepare samples for various analytical techniques. It has a high solubility in organic solvents and it can be used to dissolve polymers with low solubility in water. N,N'-Bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-4-yl)hexane-1,6-diamine is soluble in acetonitrile and it has been shown to have an amide group.
