Description

1,2-Bis(2-mercaptoethoxy)ethane is a functional chemical that belongs to the group of trifluoroacetic acid. The chemical can be used as a polymerization initiator in solid-phase synthesis or as an additive in cell culture media. 1,2-Bis(2-mercaptoethoxy)ethane reacts with 3-mercaptopropionic acid to form ring structures with two disulfide bonds.
