This compound also shows cationic polymerization when mixed with boron nitride, which prevents cross-linking between the molecules. Bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate is soluble in organic solvents such as acetone and benzene. This compound has been shown to have antibacterial properties against chronic bronchitis, hydroxyl group containing fatty acids, and hydrogen bond forming compounds.
