(S)-1-Boc-3-aminopiperidine is an aminopiperidine compound that can be synthesized from N-Boc-3-aminopiperidine and pyridoxal phosphate. The immobilizing process is a sustainable way of producing the product, which is catalyzed by immobilized enzymes. (S)-1-Boc-3-aminopiperidine has been reported to have a high efficiency in the production of effluent when used in reaction liquid with a flow rate of 1 mL/min and with a condition of pH=7.5, and it can be inhibited by competitive inhibitors such as isopropylamine.
