Description:
(+)-Biotin-(PEO)3-amine is a fluorescent molecule that can be used as a probe for biotin-binding proteins. It has been shown to bind to surface glycoproteins and immobilize monoclonal antibodies. (+)-Biotin-(PEO)3-amine can also be used for the detection of streptavidin and biotin in immunoassays. (+)-Biotin-(PEO)3-amine can be pegylated, which will increase its solubility and stability, making it suitable for use in cell culture.
