This compound also acts as a weak inhibitor on the ryanodine receptor, which is important in calcium signaling. 5-Chloro 3 methyl 4 nitro 1H pyrazole has been shown to inhibit jak1 kinase and dopamine receptors, and can be used as an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy probe.
