Description:

Cofaryloside is a glucoside that can be found in the bark of the Cofari tree. It is insoluble in water and has been shown to have medicinal properties, such as inhibiting the growth of HL-60 cells. Cofaryloside has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties.
Cofaryloside can be extracted from Cofari bark using acetone, which is then purified by distillation and fractional crystallization. The extract is composed of ent-kaurane diterpenoids and monomers, which are volatile and soluble in acetone.
