Cbz-glycine is a hydrogen bond donor that can react with trifluoroacetic acid in a one-step reaction to form an ester hydrochloride. It is used in the synthesis of monoclonal antibodies and has been shown to inhibit the growth of receptor cells. Cbz-glycine reacts with protocatechuic acid, pyrazinoic acid, and ester hydrochloride to form pharmacokinetic properties. It has been shown to have pharmacokinetic properties by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis.
