The experimental model was conducted on human serum and showed that calcium dobesilate reduced the enzyme activities in serum samples by 30% after 15 minutes of incubation. This reduction was statistically significant when compared to untreated groups. Calcium dobesilate also inhibited the growth of skin cancer cells in a pharmacological agent-induced experimental model.
