Copper(1+) Tetrafluoroborate is a synthetic, coordination compound of copper and fluorine with tetrafluoroborate. It has been used in structural studies of technetium and formamide. Copper(1+) Tetrafluoroborate can be formed by the reaction of copper with formamide and cyanide.
