1,3-Dichloro-1,1,3,3-tetraisopropyldisiloxane is a chromatographic stationary phase that has been used for the analysis of oligosaccharides and hydrogen bonds. 1,3-Dichloro-1,1,3,3-tetraisopropyldisiloxane has been shown to be useful in the separation of uridine from other nucleotides. It also has been shown to be useful as a titration calorimetry standard. This stationary phase can be used with fluorescence spectrometry and tryptophan fluorescence for structural analysis of pyrimidine compounds.
