Description:

3,5-Dimethylbenzohydrazide is an organic compound that is used as a stabilizer for sucrose in the production of sugar. It is a white solid with a melting point of about 148°C. This product has been analyzed in different fields and found to be efficient. 3,5-Dimethylbenzohydrazide can be recovered from the reaction mixture by vacuum distillation. This product also has high viscosity and can be used as a transfer agent in some fields. 3,5-Dimethylbenzohydrazide is an aliphatic chain with a molecular weight of 188.37 g/mol and a density of 1.079 g/cm3 at 25°C.
