4,5-Diamino-1-(2-hydroxyethyl)pyrazole is a ligand that binds to metal ions. It is an organic compound with the chemical formula C6H11N3. The compound has two isomers: 4,5-diamino-1-(2-hydroxyethyl)pyrazole and 1,4,5-triamino-1-(2-hydroxyethyl)pyrazole. 4,5-Diamino-1-(2-hydroxyethyl)pyrazole binds to copper ions and forms complexes with copper(II).
