Description:Dinaciclib is a potent, selective inhibitor of the cancer-associated protein kinase AXL. It inhibits the downstream signaling pathway of the neurokinin-1 receptor (NKR), which plays an important role in cancer development. Dinaciclib has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in vitro and in vivo, as well as decrease the expression of MCL-1 protein. This drug also inhibits mitochondrial membrane potential and potentiates the antitumor response by combining with other chemotherapeutic agents.
