This drug can also be used for other inflammatory conditions such as psoriasis and Crohn's disease. The mechanism of action of (R)-N-Methyl-3-(1-naphthoxy)-3-(2-thienyl)propylamine hydrochloride is not fully understood. It may work by blocking the synthesis of prostaglandins in the body.
