Description:

Difenoconazole is a fungicide that inhibits the growth of fungi by disrupting DNA synthesis. Difenoconazole binds to nuclear DNA and prevents the production of fungal cell wall precursors, which leads to cell death. This drug has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on the enzyme activities of xylanase, chitinase, and β-glucosidase in vitro. It also affects the chemical composition of human serum and alters matrix effects. The chemical properties of difenoconazole are similar to those of other fungicides, such as cyprodinil.
