Description

Diallyl Disulfide is a chemical that belongs to the group of glycol ethers. It is used in cosmetics and as a food additive. Diallyl Disulfide has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on the activity of human polymerase chain reaction (PCR), which could be due to its diallyl-DNA binding activity. Diallyl Disulfide has also been shown to induce skin tumor formation in mice.
