Description:

(S)-N,N-Dimethyl-1-[(R)-2-(diphenylphosphino)ferrocenyl]ethylamine is a nonmetal with an electron-deficient diphenylphosphino group. It is a chaperone that protects the protein from exposure to heat and reduces nitrite to nitric oxide. This drug has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome, which may be due to its ability to reduce oxidative stress. (S)-N,N-Dimethyl-1-[(R)-2-(diphenylphosphino)ferrocenyl]ethylamine can also be used for the prevention of radical prostatectomy and abdominal surgery related complications.
