Description:

2,6-Dimethylstyrene is a protonated molecule that participates in chemical reactions with other molecules. It is quantified by measuring the kinetic data of the reaction vessel and cyclooctatetraene. The reaction mechanism has been mechanistically studied using chromatographic techniques and magnetic resonance spectroscopy. 2,6-Dimethylstyrene reacts with styrene at temperatures between 12°C and 20°C to form methyl derivatives. The isomerization occurs via a photoelectron intermediate and proceeds via a radical pathway.
