Description:
Esculetin is a natural product that has been shown to be an inhibitor of protein kinase, which is responsible for the phosphorylation of proteins. This inhibition leads to the cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in cancer cells. Esculetin also inhibits tumor growth and decreases cancer cell proliferation by inhibiting cyclin-dependent kinases.
