Description

Ethyl 4-butoxy-5-fluoro-2,6-dioxohexahydropyrimidine-5-carboxylate is a drug that has been used in clinical studies for the treatment of primary brain tumors. Tumor regression was observed in animals treated with ethyl 4 butoxy 5 fluoro 2 6 dioxohexahydropyrimidine 5 carboxylate, which led to decreased symptoms such as weight loss and cachexia.
