Description:3-Fluoro-2-methylaniline is a reactive, electron-deficient compound that can react with cytochromes. It has been shown to bind to the microsomal preparations of rat liver and inhibit the interaction of 3-fluoro-2-methylaniline with cytochrome P450 system by stereoselective interactions. The molecular modelling studies revealed that this drug inhibits the reaction intermediate between cocrystallized benzoate and 3-fluoro-2-methylaniline.
