Ferrous sulphate heptahydrate is an iron supplement that is used for the treatment of iron deficiency. Ferrous sulphate heptahydrate is a mineral supplement that contains iron in the form of ferrous sulfate and hydrated to produce a crystalline compound with a heptahydrate formula.
