Product Information
K-756 is a chemokine that is produced by tumor cells. It stabilizes β-catenin and inhibits the proteasome pathway, which leads to cancer progression. K-756 is orally bioavailable and potently activates β-catenin in a dose-dependent manner in both cultured tumor cells and animal models. In vivo studies show that K-756 stabilizes β-catenin, reduces tumor growth, and induces apoptosis of tumor cells. The molecule also stabilizes activated β-catenin in the microenvironment of the tumor.
